Teaming up for London Fashion Week Men’s Hundred Showroom and Ipseity collaborated to produce an opening launch party and catwalk showcasing some of the top up and coming designers for the SS20 season.

Hosted at the opulent venue of Opium, the location provided an elegant backdrop for the catwalk, showcasing collections from over 20 designers, including North East Nancy, Nathalie Coste, Oceanus, Jen MM DSGN, La Filippine, Cha.rak.ter, Dhenze, Ysi Ysu and Francesca Palumbo, each one presenting a selection of designs from their latest collections.

Expanding upon the inspiration behind her latest collection, Francesca Palumbo, a sustainable knitwear designer shared her latest concept “I’m going to again look more into the environmental issues, there’s so much going with the environment and it’s so important we raise awareness of it and all try and be sustainable”.

Providing a unique insight into each designer, the garments showcased were constructed from delicate printed silks, intricate knitwear and transparent PVC plastic pieces infusing an element of streetwear into the showcase, each garment reflecting the trends of contemporary fashion in a distinctive and unseen way.

The collection of designs including AW19 garments and resort wear, saw unique concepts behind each piecet including zero waste garments and fetish inspired pieces, each design allowing us an insight into the creation process.

Adding further ambiance to the event singer Dea Emini provided a flow of resonating lyrics as each design made its way down the catwalk, with beats resonating through the venue as the night continued to celebrate the start of London Fashion Week Men’s.
